The Polk Duo is a married voice and guitar duo made up of Kasey and Myranda Polk. Kasey and Myranda met in college, both were performing in the university jazz band. They married in the summer of 2014, and they have two handsome boys. Kasey and Myranda both hold degrees in music from NC A&T SU.
Kasey, originally from Los Angeles and Myranda from Charlotte, NC, use their unique combination of cultures, backgrounds, and musical influences help to drive their original songs. At the center of The Polk Duo, their music, and marriage, is their love for Jesus Christ. Their music has been described as refreshing, unique, and inspirational.
